Ben Olson launched Olson Engineering in the Coachella Valley in 1976.  His educational background consists of degrees in Agricultural Engineering (B.S.) from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and Irrigation and Drainage Engineering (M.S.) from Utah State University.   Mr. Olson has 45 years of experience designing, operating, and maintaining irrigation systems both nationally and internationally.  Mr. Olson has the unique distinction of Registration as a Civil Engineer, Agricultural Engineer and General Engineering Contractor, Class A, in California.

Melinda Cabanyog has over twenty years of experience working as an Administrative Manager. Mrs. Cabanyog plays a key role in development and implementation of procedures to increase operational efficiencies in the company. She assists the team with contracts and prepares and examines company financial records. She brings practical experience and ensures overall well-being of the entire organization.

Jacob Lewis, a seasoned land surveyor with a passion for precision and accuracy, brings exceptional experience to the team. His commitment to ensure precise land measurements and maps contributes significantly to the team.
